Nice work
What is Tabata?
Eight rounds of 20 seconds of hard work and 10 seconds of rest: four minutes in all. Pick one exercise you know well, like squat jumps, burpees or a bike sprint, and push as hard as you safely can.
What is HIIT?
High-intensity interval training switches between hard work and short rests. 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off for 10 rounds is a good start. Mix two or three exercises, such as kettlebell swings, mountain climbers and push-ups.
What is EMOM?
Every minute on the minute: start a set at the top of each minute and rest for whatever is left of it. Choose a number of reps you can finish in about 30 to 40 seconds.
