Biceps curl to shoulder press resistance band

How to do it

  1. Stand tall, holding a resistance band in your hands with elbows straight and palms facing your body.
  2. Bend your elbows and bring the resistance band closer to your chest; once your elbows are fully bent, twist the band to turn your palms outwards.
  3. Now raise the band overhead by straightening your elbows and lifting your shoulders from the sides. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the sequence.

Tips

  • Keep your chest up and back straight throughout the exercise.
  • Ensure that your palms face your thighs while performing the biceps curl and face outwards while performing the overhead press.
  • Maintain a smooth breathing rhythm throughout the exercise.
