How to do it
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing each other.
- Bend your knees slightly and lean forward from your hips, keeping your back straight.
- Raise your upper arms so they are close to your body and parallel to the floor, with your elbows bent.
- Keeping your upper arms still, straighten your elbows to push both dumbbells back.
- Slowly bend your elbows to return to the starting position and repeat.
Tips
